Suggest a better descriptionCombine the flour, sugar, & baking soda.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk, & oil.
Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. (Batter will still be a little lumpy).
Add additional buttermilk to thin batter, if necessary.
Pour onto lightly greated hot (375 degree) skillet.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown.
Serve & enjoy.
