Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400F. In 2 1/2-qt saucepan, bring butter, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in flour with wooden spoon. Over medium heat, cook 5 minutes or until white film forms, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs one at a time. Add 1/2 cup cheddar and Parmesan. Scooop 24 (1 1/2 tsp) balls onto greased baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining cheddar. Bake 15 minutes. Lower oven to 350F Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
