Suggest a better descriptionMelt one tablespoon of the butter in a large saucepan. Add oil, celery and green onion. Saute over medium heat until golden, but not brown. Add rice and broth and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in a large skillet. Add garlic, shrimp, Tabasco sauce and chili powder. Stir to combine and cook until shrimp are pink. Add parsley and cook until wilted.
Add rice mixture to shrimp mixture. Add Parmesan cheese, stir to combine and cook through.
