Suggest a better descriptionRemove crusts and quarter slices lengthwise. Working with one strip at a time, roll the strips with a fork quickly in the butter, coating all sides and letting excess drip off. Then dip in Parmesan, coating all sides and patting Parmesan onto them. Bake on lightly battered jelly roll pan in upper third of preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn and bake 5-10 minutes more or until golden and crisp. Transfer with tongs to paper towels to drain.
May be made up to 1 day in advance and kept, covered loosely, at room temperature. Reheat on jelly roll pan in 325 oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
