Suggest a better descriptionBoil chicken in a large pot of water and chicken broth for 10-15 minutes.
Blend tomatillos, cilantro, onion, lettuce. Add slowly into pot
Add in seasoning and bouillon cubes.
Add in hominy
Simmer until chicken and hominy is cooked (chicken is white and falling off the bone and hominy is soft).
Check color and saltiness. Add more tomatillos or boil for longer to darken. Add water to lighten.
Serve with chopped onions, cilantro, jalapeƱos, limes, and radish. Serve on tostadas
