Passion fruit mousse pie
Pre-heat oven to 350
Blend graham crackers, melted butter and sugar together.
Put into glass pie dish and form to the pan with measuring cup or tool of choice.
Bake on 350 for 7 min.
Cut passion fruit in half. Scoop pulp and seeds into a pan.
Heat pulp and seeds on low heat do not boil.
Once seeds separate from the pulp, strain the mixture into a blender.
Add condensed milk & heavy cream.
Blend until fluffy.
Pour into pie crust and chill for 5 hours.
Add passion fruit and/or whipped cream as desired.
