Suggest a better descriptionSource: Love & Knishes, by, Sara Kasdan Combine first 4 ingredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Scoop a hole in the centre of each ball and fill with ground meat. Press the potato mixture over the opening and flatten the balls slightly. Fry in a generous amount of hot fat (Oil) until lightly browned. Drain on Paper towels.
