Summer salad
In a large pot bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package. Drain and rinse pasta with cool water. Place the cooled and drained pasta in a bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and stir gently.
Mix diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, diced avocados and fresh basil together. In a separate bowl, add all of the ingredients for the dressing and whisk to combine. Pour some of the dressing over the vegetable mixture. Combine the pasta and vegetable mixture and add more dressing as desired.
