A light bacon and egg noodle sauce perfect on Italian toasted bread sprinkled with Parmesan.

Add egg yolks, parm, Parm-reggiano, pepper, and pecorino to a dish and whisk with fork.
In a skillet add diced bacon with a generous amount of olive oil and cook until almost done.
Add already cooked spaghetti noodles to bacon skillet and slowly add dollops of the egg mixture to noodles while stirring as you add.
Once all egg mixture is combined too with grated Parmesan.
Use all fresh cheeses that you grate on your own.
