Suggest a better descriptionBoil pasta, meanwhile heat large skillet on medium heat. Add oil and bacon, brown the bacon for 2 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add wine and stir all in pan. In a separate bowl beat egg yolks then add 1 large ladleful( 1/2) cup of pasta cooking water. Finally drain pasta well and add it directly to skillet with bacon and oil. Pour eggs mixture over pasta. Toss pasts rapidly to coat pasta without cooking the eggs. Remove from heat and add handful of cheese.lots of pepper, continue to toss pasts until egg is soaked up and thickens.
