1) Cook spaghetti according to pasta directions. Strain.
2) Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and chicken broth. Cook over low heat for 8 minutes. Stir in spices and spaghetti. Heat for 5 minutes.
3) Top with parmesan.
