Perfect recipe for the cheese lover. A beautiful creamy pasta sauce.
1. In a large, non-stick saucepan, over medium heat melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until soft. Stir in the flour and cook until bubbly. Remove the pan from the heat and gradually whisk in the cream and milk. Place back over medium heat and cook, stirring often, until the sauce boils and thickens.
2. Add the cheeses, salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth.
3. Place the hot cooked pasta in a warm serving bowl. Pour the sauce over, and stir.
This dish is best made using fresh pasta.
