Warm Pasta Salad or Side Dish
Pit and chop olives, halve tomatoes, mince garlic and cube mozzarella. Cook pasta. While pasta is cooking, lightly saute garlic, olives and tomatoes in olive oil. Drain pasta, add ingredients from saute pan (and more olive oil if necessary) and toss. Add mozzarella cubes, basil and pine nuts (optional) and toss. Season with salt and pepper , top with grated parmesan cheese and serve warm.
