En una sarten, dorar el ajo y perejil
Añadir la carne y dorar 5min (hasta que cambie de color).
Añadir el tomate y dejar hervir con el oregano y la sal 15 min a fuego guerte hasta que se quede jugoso pero con un poco de liquido. Encender horno 200grados. En una fuente de horno poner 4 capas: mitad de verduras, mitad de carne, verduras y carne.
Batir la mezcla. Salpimentar. Regar por encima de la pastelaña.
Espolvorear los 50gr queso. Introducir en el centro del horno al grill hasta que se cuaje y se dore, 15-20 min aprox a 200grados.
Al salir, espolvorear con oregano
