Obydwa rodzaje soczewicy równiez gotujemy. Cebule kroimy w piórka i podsmazamy ja na patelni. Marchewki i selera scieramy na tarce o drobnych oczkach i równiez dusimy na patelni, tak zeby byly pól miekkie. Ugotowane ziarna soi i soczewicy mielimy w maszynce do miesa, razem z cebula.
