We are going to prepare: patacones.
1) Choose 2 units of plantain and peel them.
2) Slice the fruit into circles.
3) After that, add two tablespoons of oil in a skillet.
4) Then, add the plantains into the skillet and let them cook for a while.
5) Finally, smash the circle slices cooked.
Note: You could add some slices of cheese after you finish cooking.
Make sure that the oil is sprayed all around the skillet.
