Tortellini Florentine
1. Cook Tortellini al dente according to package; Drain. Set aside and keep warm.
2. Toss Spinach, tomatoes, beans, oregano, garlic and red pepper flakes together.
3. Toss Tortellini and the rest of the ingredients in skillet. Cook 3 minutes until internal temp reaches 165F or above.
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top.
