Heat heavy cream in a saute pan until bubbles form around the edges of the pan
Pour penne into the pan and allow bubbles to emerge again from the cream
Flip penne a few times to coat with cream, and sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese on top, flip until integrated
Keep adding cheese and flipping until desired creaminess is reached
Generously season with salt and pepper, serve
