Suggest a better description1. Add sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan.
2. Add peanut butter and salt and heat over medium heat until it turns to nougat. (10-15 minutes).
3. Add vanilla after it thickens.
4. Add peanuts to a container lined with plastic wrap.
5. Pour nougat over peanuts until covered. Add peanuts to top.
6. refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
7. Remove and cut into bars, wrap in papers and store in freezer until ready to serve.
