Suggest a better descriptionHeat over to 350 degrees. Line 8 in square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
In food processor, pulse rinsed chickpeas, honey, vanilla extract until smooth. Add peanut butter and pulse to incorporate.
In small bowl, mix together oats, peanuts, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to processor and pulse a few times until combined but chunky. Transfer 1 cup dough to a bowl and set aside.
Press remaining dough evenly into prepared pan. Spread jam on top, then crumble reserved dough over jam. Bake until edges just pull away from pan and top is light golden brown, 25-30 min.
Let cool at least 15 min in the pan, then transfer to a rack to cool. Can freeze.
