Suggest a better descriptionIn a slightly oiled skillet, saute 1/2 diced red pepper, 1 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 diced red onion, and 1 seeded and diced jalopeno pepper for two minutes, stirring until veggies are wilted. Stir in peaches, brnw sugar, vinegar, simmer briefly until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Let stand and refridger.
