Fry garlic, onions, ground beef and pork in a little oil and butter till browned. Don't Drain.
Add spices: salt, pepper, sweet basil, italian seasoning, parsley
Take off stove: add mushrooms, olives and mix well.
Add bread, cheese, eggs, wine and mix well
Stuff in Turkey and/or in loaf pans.
