Suggest a better descriptionCook sugar, syrup, and water until mixture spins a thread in a cup of cold water. Add peanuts and cook until syrup is light brown. Remove from heat. Add salt, baking soda, and butter. Stir briskly until mixed and pour on well buttered slab cookie sheet. Spread rapidly with spatula, loosen, stretch, and pull with hands and spatula until you can almost see through it. When cool, breaking into pieces and store in airtight container.
