Melt butter and peanut butter. Mix in sugar and cool. After mixture is completely cooled (can be cooled in refrigerator), work into balls and place on jelly roll pan covered in wax paper. Insert one toothpick into each ball and then transfer the jelly roll pans to the freezer. In a double boiler, add milk chocolate chips and paraffin. Once completely melted, dip individual balls into the mixture and completely cover. Place back onto jelly roll pan (still covered in wax paper) and allow chocolate mixture to harden. The pans can be transferred to the freezer or refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set and then stored in an airtight container within refrigerator. Can be frozen up to 3 months.
