Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375. Grease or spray 12 muffin tins, line with paper baking cups, or use silicone muffin cups.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Wisk together milk, peanut butter, banana, egg, oil and vanilla; add to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Fill prepared muffin tins 3/4 full.
Mix together Topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over each muffin.
Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
