Suggest a better descriptionBottom Chocolate Layer: Melt all ingredients together over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread into lightly greased 9x13 pan and fridge for 30 minutes.
Nougat Layer: Place marshmallow cream and peanut butter in a bowl. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugars and milk. Bring to a boil and cook additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Do NOT scrape the sides of the pan. Pour hot mixture over pb and cream. Stir until blended. Pour over bottom chocolate layer and gently spread. Sprinkle peanuts across the top. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
Caramel Layer: Melt all together, stirring occasionally until smooth and spread over nougat layer. Return to fridge for 15-30 minutes.
Top Chocolate Layer: Melt all ingredients together over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread over caramel layer and return to fridge for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
