In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until combined. Add vanilla extract and melted chocolate and mix well until combined.
Add the eggs and mix well until combined.
To this wet mix, add the cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and flour and stir together just until everything is incorporated.
Spread the brownie batter into a greased baking dish, something roughly like an 8x8.
Heat the peanut butter until it's runny and then pour or dollop onto the top of the brownie batter and use a knife or spoon to swirl it around.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
