Tastes a lot like cookie dough and it's pretty healthy for you!
• Put 1st 4 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add in water to loosen if needed.
• By hand, mix in the chocolate chips.
Serve with fruit, graham wafers or eat with spoon for those times you just need a mouth full of cookie dough!
My mix in the photo was warm so the chocolate chips started to melt. That's ok I just added more once it cooled down!
