1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line 8x8" baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and combined.
4. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
6. Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
7. Cool completely, then cut into 16 squares. Store in an airtight container.
