Suggest a better description1. Mix the peanut butter and honey together. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir again.
2. Add the oats and mix it all together. Then add the seeds and stir until evenly distributed.
3. Grease a pan before adding the mixture. Use the bottom of a mug and try and press I'd down until it is level.
4. Refrigerate until solid. Then cut into pieces and eat.
