Suggest a better descriptionKeep the skins on the pears, and put them into a greased ovenproof dish with a lid. Mix the elderflower cordial and apple juice and pour over the pears. Then pour over the honey and dab on the butter. Put on the lid and bake slowly in the oven for one hour at 150-160C/gas 3. When cooked, baste with the juice and remove to a serving dish.
