Suggest a better descriptionIn a heavy stock pot, cook sausage over medium heat until lightly browned. remove with slotted spoon to a paper towel to drain. Reserve. Drain all but 3 tablespoons of fat from the pot. Add onions first then garlic and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, wine, broth, basil, and oregano and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Add parsley, green pepper, zucchini, noodles, salt and pepper and reserved sausage. Simmer, covered 25 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
