This bright green Chilean hot sauce is traditionally served with grilled meats or chicken, it's also marvellous on grilled tomatoes.
1. Purée all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a jar and seal.
2. If you plan to serve the same day, let the flavours blend for a few hours at room temperature. Refrigerated, this sauce keeps for 1 week.
Can substitute serranos, with seeds, or not.
