Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. In unheated large skillet combine oil, garlic, peppers and pinch of salt. Stir to coat with oil. Cook over moderate heat till garlic is golden. Stir in tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile boil water and cook pasta al dente. Add drained pasta to skillet with tomato sauce.
