Boil the potatoes whole with skins on. Then drain and peel the skins. Chunk the potatoes into small cubes. Place on a double layered piece of foil. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cheese on top and use lots of salt and pepper. Mix with your hands then pour at least a cup of the heavy cream all over the potatoes. Close up the foil to a tent and then grill for a few minutes till the cheese is melted.
