This is my favorite steak and rice recipe.
Season steak with salt and pepper and cut into 1 inch slices. Cook steak until brown
on all sides. Add the bell peppers and the onions, and cook until vegetables are tender.
Add the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, and simmer about 2 hours, or until
the meat is tender. Add the next 5 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix the cornmeal
with a little hot water and stir into the mixture until it thickens. Serve over hot, cooked
rice.
