Fun and easy Christmas Candy!
Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Melt the dark chocolate chips and pour onto the cooke sheet, using a spatula to spread evenly.
Place the sheet in the fridge to firm up. Melt the white chocolate chips. Stir in most of the candy cane bits, reserving about a
quarter to put on top. Remove the tray from the fridge and spread the white chocolate in an even layer over the dark chocolate.
Sprinkle the remaining candy canes over the entire surface evenly. Press down slightly so they stick. Place tray back in the
fridge to firm up for 30 minutes. Break into small, uneven pieces.
