Beat together egg, garlic powder, and oregano,
spread 1/2 mixture on dough
Layer on:
1 3oz pkg of pepperoni slice
1 cup cheddar chez
opt onion and mush
Roll up jelly roll, form ring, on greased cookie sheet
Spread rest of egg mixture over ring (use pastry brush)
bake at 350
for 15-20 min til golden brown.
