Bring water and salt to a boil and add steel cut oats, ring to boil then lower heat to a simmer and simmer for 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Turn off heat and let sit for 2 more minutes. While that is cooking add your cherries and sliced banana. Once oatmeal is finished at the rest of the ingredients: udo oil, ground flaxseeds, whey protein and agave. Mix well and serve! Sprinkle with some organic cinnamon for added flavor.
