1) To prepare chicken: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Coat fryer basket with cooking spray. (OR chicken can be cooked in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.)
2) Stir together oil, honey, garlic, salt, cumin, paprika, oregano and pepper in a bowl. Add thighs and toss to coat. Let marinate for 1 hour. Arrange thighs in layer on wire trays for air fryer.
3) Cook 10 minutes, then rearrange halfway through cooking. Cook an additional 10 minutes.
4) To make crema: Add all crema ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with chicken.
