Light grill and get to a temperature of about 400. Place chicken in grill and cook until done, about 1 hour, Breasts should temp at 165.
For the Green Sauce - Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender, blend until smooth, with the motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve chicken.
