Suggest a better description-Cook beef until no pink remains. Drain all fat except 1 tbs.
-Add onions, green pepper, and garlic. Cook until veggies are tender and fragrant.
-Add cumin, tomato sauce, Bay leaves, and salt/pepper. -Reduce heat to low and allow to cook until beef is tender (about 15 min).
-Cook spaghetti (or pasta of choice) according to package instructions.
-Plate meal: noodles, top with 1/3rd of picadillo, and cilantro to taste
