Place crackers on foil lined baking pan.
Melt butter and sugar in saucepan, heat until boiling. Boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
Spread over crackers and bake @ 400 for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes and then spread the melted chocolate chips.
Cool and break into pieces.
You could add pieces of Andes Mints on top of chocolate before it cools, to give it a minty flavor
