Recipe makes 4 nice burgers filled with cream cheese, served on a bun with a pineapple slice
1. Combine pork, soy sauce, onions, seasonings.
2. Divide mixture into eight equal pieces and shape into thin, flat patties. Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on top of 4 patties. Place remaining patties on top, pressing together edges to seal.
3. Cook in an oiled skillet or on a grill pan over medium until fully cooked, about 5 minutes per side. (I used my George Foreman grill)
4. Stir together mayo and teriyaki sauce. Place burgers on buns, spread mayo mixture on buns and serve with a pineapple slice. Add lettuce, if desired
