A marinade for the Pirate in you.
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour a little bit to cover whole bottom of glass dish that will be used to marinade the steak in. Place steaks inside glass dish, pour remaining marinade over steaks. Let sit, refrigerated, between 4 to 8 hours flipping over steak half way through resting period. Use a spoon or baster to ensure the top side of the steaks are still covered.
You can either make extra to baste the steak while it cooks on each side, or use the left over marinade from the dish in the same way. !!!IMPORTANT NOTE!!! If you use left over marinade out of dish, ensure both sides are cooked for no less then five minutes since last basting application, Raw meat juice will be present.
When steaks are first put on grill, put marinade on top side, cook normally. Flip the steak and apply coat to cooked side, cook other side normally. If using left over marinade from marinade dish, just ensure to flip the steak one more time for about five minutes to ensure no raw juice is left. For some reason this seems to make the steaks super juicy and flavorful on top of the added flavor from the marinade rest.
