Pizza Casserole
Cook ground beef (or turkey) with 1/2 the onion and 1/2 the garlic clove. Add some Italian seasoning too if desired
Drain grease out of pan
Stir in tomatoes (cut up) with liquid, tomato sauce, remaining onion and garlic, salt and pepper
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally for 10 minutes
cook macaroni as directed and drain
Stir macaroni into beef/turkey mixture
Put in ungreased 9"x11" pan
Lay mozzarella cheese over and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
Bake uncovered at 350deg for 30min
Eat with garlic cheese bread and salad
