Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm water and let proof 10 minutes. Add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated, add oil and continue to mix using bread hook for 10 minutes (The dough should stick to the side of the bowl, if not, add more oil). Let dough sit at room temperature for 24 hours. Place dough in gallon Ziploc bag and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
