Pizza dough using the no-knead method
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Add the water and mix until combined. At the end wed your hands and mix by hand until all the dry flour is incorporated.
Cover the bowl and stand from 8 to 24 hours.
tip out of the bowl and shape into a ball sprinkle with Olive oil and roll out to a rough shape. Leave to stand for 15 mins and roll again to the final shape. Place the opines on and cook on high for 15 mins.
