Pizza veggies, roasted and yummy.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Cover large baking sheet with parchment papper.
Break the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and place in large mixing bowl. Add olives and pepperoni.
In a small sauce pan, melt ghee. Add garlic, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, and pizza spices. Mix to combine. Allow to cook for a minute or two. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine.
Spread vegetable sin a single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes until pepperoni is crisp.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and serve.
