Suggest a better description1. Steam chopped carrots until soft and place into a blender
2. Add olive oil, oregano, and rosemary and blend until carrots are mashed and oil is mixed
3. Add water in small amounts until the mixture reaches a "tomato-sauce" consistency
4. Store in fridge or freezer
Can use sweet potato instead. Note not Plant Paradox compliant due to cooked carrot.
